At Aureora Flames, every candle is handcrafted with care, and we want you to love what you receive. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by emailing us at aureoraflames@gmail.com

Once an order has been process or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable, payment is not received, or in case any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Returns & Replacements

We accept returns only for damaged or defective products.

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us at aureoraflames@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will offer either:

A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

A full refund to your original payment method

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 business days from the date of confirmation.

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all our products are handcrafted, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase

Minor variations in color, scent, or shape (these are natural and part of the handmade process)
