  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders under certain circumstances, such as product unavailability or suspicious transaction.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days after payment.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural events or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Replacements

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

  • To initiate a return, email us at aureoraflames@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Please include photos of the damaged item for verification.

  • Replacement or refund will be processed once the item is received and verified.


5. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

  • We do not store any card or banking information.

  • Orders will be canceled automatically if payment is not received within 24 hours of checkout.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, designs, and logos — is the property of Aureora Flames. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Always burn candles safely and responsibly.
